Education:
Graduated from UWLA in 1997 with a Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school Mr. Hamdam was on the Dean’s List, was a recipient of a juris prudence award, a semi finalist on the moot court, and a semi finalist on brief of distinction.

In 1983, Mr. Hamdam received a bachelor’s degree from Northrop University in Aerospace Engineering (also known as aircraft maintenance and technology).

In 1981, Mr. Hamdam graduated from Northrop Airframe and Power Plant Institute of Technology with an aircraft technician degree.

Mr. Hamdam was admitted to the California Bar in 1998.

Courts: Mr. Hamdam is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court.

Languages: English, fluent Farsi.

Other: Mr. Hamdam volunteers for various non-profit organizations involving alcohol and drug rehabilitation. He also volunteers with youth centers.

Mr. Helfman has been working with the Law Offices of Hamdam & Associates for many years, and is also the owner and principal of the Law Offices of Larry A. Helfman.  Mr. Helfman received his J.D. in 1989 from the University of Southern California Law Center, and his B.A. in 1986 from the University of California San Diego.  He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District.  Area of practice: civil litigation, with an emphasis on business, real estate, employment and serious injury and wrongful death cases.
